Title: Windows, Doors and Gates
I started with a question which painting do you want today. I felt I brought the one He wanted.
On the drive up He was talking about the windows and doors and gates. My mind swirled, because there are so many of each to review for clues about the pending conversation.
He reminded me, we are a temple. We have opportunities only he can open the door to with windows of resources that await our yes. Obedience and agreement is our choice. He reminded me of the (12’s) 12 tribes, apostle, gates, pearl gates, personal gates.
Then during painting at home, He showed me the personal gates. However, I cannot write that fast. But the feeling and partial understanding remained. Some are hidden and some are obvious. Like the eye gates and the ear gate and the mouth gate. But the hidden include the heart gate.
We are an active temple and have gates. We have many windows of opportunity, resources and access.
I hope someday He will return to the conversation and remind me of the correlation to our body.
Each tribe and apostle have a correlation to a gate: Sheep Gate, Fish Gate, Old Gate, Gate of Yeshanah, Valley Gate, Dung Gate, Fountain Gate, Water Gate, Horse Gate, East Gate, Muster Gate, Inspection Gate.
As we take to prayer, we ask Jesus for help in discerning how to choose which doors to walk through and which doors to close. Then to request or demand to be closed. Like: Lord Jesus, would You open a door in Your plan for me. Would you show me a door You want me to close. Or like: God, please slam this evil door forever. Like: Holy Spirit, will you show me revelation on these topics.
I love that in our creative we have the opportunity to explore the relationship with the Trinity and further understanding of Jesus in our present life. Now. I hope you are getting a greater understanding of the relationship Jesus wants with you and your creative part.
